Mr. Thomas has a passion for building people, organizations and communities. He is currently the Director of Mission Investing and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, where he is improving lives through economic mobility and leadership development.

Mr. Thomas has a calling for personal development and helping people build better lives. Through deep listening, and guiding persons through an interior examination of their hearts, lives, and souls, Mr. Thomas has refined an ability to extract gifts that serve as a blueprint for the full expression of peoples’ identities.

Mr. Arthur W. Thomas III received his Bachelor’s from Cornell, and his Master’s from Yale Divinity School. After partnering with the City of Newark to build affordable housing through his real estate development company, and local non-profit, Mr. Thomas went on to found ‘Divinnovation’ at Yale University. Partnering with Yale’s Tsai CITY, Mr. Thomas works with entrepreneurs and faith-based initiatives to bring about social change.
